The Italians who settled in the Meramec Highlands region of Missouri more than a century ago were a tight knit community. They enjoyed working hard and socializing over good wine and food – much of which was grown and prepared locally. Over the years, this region fondly became known as “Little Italy of the Ozarks.”
St. James Winery and Public House Brewing Company are honoring the area’s Italian traditions at their Little Italy of the Ozarks Festival on Saturday. Join them at the St. James campus with activities at the winery, brewery and The Gardens.
