If you didn't go to Italy this summer, are you even trying to be a major blockbuster?! With the Friday release of Kenneth Branagh's latest Agatha Christie adaptation, A Haunting in Venice, there will now be four big movies that have memorably featured Italy in the last few months.
Haunting joins Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part One, Fast X, and The Equalizer 3 (also, an honorable mention shoutout to Book Club 2 and its gorgeous Italian locations). And a box office victory this weekend for Branagh's film would mean that Italy is an impressive four-for-four in opening at No. 1.
