She’s written nine cookbooks, starred in eight TV shows, and opened three restaurants. It’s no surprise that under kitchen quarantine, Giada De Laurentiis knows what to do next.
This week, she launched “Giada’s Pantry Recipe Central,” a new effort to share practical recipe ideas and meal planning tips with those figuring out what to cook at home. As grocery stores slowly restock beans, grains, and meat, Giada told fans she’s adapted recipes to address this reality, leaving out some of those ingredients.
