The "Genealogy Roadshow" Italy segment was filmed in Mary Tedesco's Italian ancestral town of San Pietro a Maida, Catanzaro, Calabria, Italy. Tedesco's grandfather and great grandparents immigrated from San Pietro a Maida, Italy in the 1920's. "It was a sincere pleasure to film in San Pietro a Maida, a place in Italy so close to my heart," says Tedesco.
