The American Academy in Rome, with offices based in New York City, is the premier overseas center for independent research in the Arts and Humanities.

The Executive Assistant supports the President/CEO and acts as his chief of staff. This is a highly visible position and serves as the hub for all internal and external scheduling. Responsibilities include supporting all aspects of the President's work, including the management and prioritization of the day-to-day schedule and long and short-term projects.
