Alex Zanardi, 48 years old, a Formula 1 pilot in the first phase of his life, then a writer, television host, now a winner in the Paralympic Games. In 2001, he lost his lower limbs in a terrible accident on the racetrack in Lausitz, Germany but he quickly bounced back, wiped out London, and triumphed in the New York marathon with the record of 1 hour, 13 minutes and 58 seconds. A record so unbelievable that the organizers considered excluding him from the following edition.

Now he has become an "Iron Man:" an incredible competition, made up of three specialties: 4km of swimming, 180 km of bicycling, 42 km of running.
