Andrea Bocelli is back in the scene and is expected to release a new album really soon. In a report by The Wall Street Journal, the blind Italian singer is ready to release his record that would have songs focused on cinema music and that would stay away from the usual classical and pop music he is accustomed to.
"I've always thought that film music was a music that was particularly free," Bocelli said through his translator. "Pop music usually has to follow a certain pattern, whereas film music...can race where it wants, like a horse galloping over the plain." In addition to that, he also said in another interview, as reported by Classic FM, that he always wanted to do film songs, which he would be doing on his next release.
