Oregano Italian Kitchen is a high-quality Italian restaurant featuring the culinary stylings of Chad Pritchard, a classically trained French chef with background in both Italian and Asian cuisine. Pritchard and his wife, Kimber, co-own the restaurant, and previously owned and ran Chef’s Table in Orem.
According to their website, their ultimate goal is “to create a restaurant culture in the Utah Valley that rivals any other region in the country.” Oregano is on its third location in Provo, but has found a nice home on Center Street, offering up community classes, private events, and a dining room featuring the fine art of Utah’s local artists.
