If you have been in Las Vegas for any amount of time chances are you've eaten at Nora's Italian Cuisine. When I moved here eight years ago this was one of the first Italian restaurants I tried.

It is a family-owned operation that was started by Nora and Gino Mauro. The success has grown over the years. In fact, it has grown so much that just recently they opened up their new bigger location.
