Bellagio unveils new fountain-side restaurant, Lago

It's hard to imagine the Las Vegas Strip without its iconic fountains, the dancing waters that front the Bellagio and seem to blast off in nearly ever movie about the city. Now there's a new place to take in that heady view: the Bellagio's Lago restaurant by chef Julian Serrano.

The space formerly home to Circo reopened in April as a gleaming tribute to Italian Futurism, with arched windows showcasing the fountains' eruptions and a patio where guests can savor a front-row seat. Designed by Munge Leung, the restaurant includes a mosaic of Milan at the entrance and a marble mixology counter that turns out food-focused cocktails like the Sgroppino, a prosecco-based creation with a frozen sphere of prosecco, lemoncello, lemon sorbet and cocoa butter.
