You don't have to travel all the way to Italy to get an authentic Italian dinner. Just about everything inside Liberati Osteria & Oenobeers located on Champa Street in Denver is Italian from the owner to the chefs, bakers, and equipment that they use to cook.
"We are Italians so we try to move our culture and our way of life, how we do we live in the states," said Marta Biasotti, the executive chef at the restaurant. Of course, food is their focus, but there's a lot more to it than just that.
