
La Piccola Cucina is a program dedicated to children aged 5 to12 years old, aimed at teaching the Italian language, the metric system, and the basics of nutrition, as well as promoting the many Italian regional culinary traditions. The program is designed and directed by Tiziana Triolo, Director of Programs and Marketing of the Italian Cultural and Community Center of Houston.
Enjoy baking and cooking with the flavors of the season. This November 15th 2014, for the Christmas Edition with Executive Chef and Food Expert Renato De Pirro, our little chefs will make "I Pandorini", Traditional Italian sweet yeast bread popular around Christmas!
