Chef Giovanni Rocchio, Executive Chef and Owner of Valentino Cucina Italiana, the premier dining destination featuring Innovative Cuisine with a Modern Italian Twist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is pleased to announce an exclusive Guest Chef Dinner Series with world class Chefs from some of the highest rated restaurants (Michelin rated) in the world.

Chef Giovanni Rocchio and each chef will work side by side bringing their culinary expertise together for four different evenings from January through March, 2015. Each evening will be a culinary journey that includes a reception, five-course dinner and wine pairings from different regions of France and Italy. Each night will begin at 6:30pm with guests being seated at 7:30pm.
