Chef Suzanne Perrotto’s new restaurant sits less than a block away from her popular Brule Bistro in Pineapple Grove. Rose’s Daughter, the Italian-American trattoria that pays tribute to it’s chef’s mother, will debut Tuesday in Delray Beach. Chef/owner Suzanne Perrotto will open the restaurant in the former Max’s Harvest space in the Pineapple Grove district.
The new restaurant sits less than a block away from Perrotto’s popular Brule Bistro, but it promises to have its own flair. While Brulee serves a menu of globally inspired small plates and bistro dishes, Rose’s Daughter embrace’s Perrotto’s Italian roots in dishes that range from handmade pasta to roasted meats to pizza and Old Country veggies.
