It’s often been said that good things comes in threes. Happenings in threes oftentimes turn out to be just a bit more perfect or even complete, for that matter. The reasoning suggests a positive connotation with events or situations times three somehow more satisfying and effective than with any another other number.
Over at Trattoria Toscana, the dining spot that opened in Great Kills just seven months ago, partners Adrian Lakja, Jimmy Lakja and Executive Chef Ergys Kopshti know that phenomenon to be so true. In what can be described as a collaborative effort, the awesome threesome are committed to preparing quality food prepared with the freshest ingredients -- following a family tradition that’s been passed down from generation to generation.
