No, non gli italiani, non gli italiani che ovunque siano trapiantati e vivano, conservano il gusto del buono e del bello, mischiato ad un filo di nostalgia e di romanticismo. Per i tecnicismi esistono le riviste specializzate, quelle che assegnano forchette o bicchieri a seconda di come abbiano reputato un piatto o il servizio.
