A new restaurant has opened at the Rochester Public Market. Fiorella is a casual Italian eatery that focuses on sustainable cuisine, with Gino Ruggiero as its chef. He worked as the head chef at Restaurant 2Vine for more than a decade, has co-authored a cook book and won awards from Best Chefs America in both 2013 and 2014, officials said.
Fiorella serves dinner 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday and 5 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The establishment also has a counter service brunch and coffee on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday along with full market hours on Saturday, officials said.
