Can't get a table at iconic celebrity eatery Rao's? Now, you can buy the whole building.
That's right. The home of America's most hard to get into restaurant has hit the market for $10.48 million, the Daily News has learned. The property, at 265 Pleasant Ave. in East Harlem, has 22 luxury rental apartments upstairs.
Rao's, a favorite of A-list names Woody Allen, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and politicians such as former Gov. George Pataki, Bill Clinton and Rudy Giuliani, is famous for its Italian-American cuisine, cast of regular diners with standing reservations and limited seating space.
