The borough can say a simultaneous ‘ciao’ and ‘howdy’ to a new concept coming to Grant City. The former home of The Corner House BBQ at 100 and 102 Lincoln Avenue soon will home to Juicy Lucia and Di Fara Pizzeria.
“The collaboration is something that is so humbling that this monster group Di Fara and legacy of pizza man Domenico DeMarco. And when we approached them, they heard about us. They wanted to come to Staten Island and we started planning at Thanksgiving. We’re really tickled they would consider us,” said Richie Holmes, founder of the Juicy Lucy brand on which the Juicy Lucia concept riffs.
