Giovanni Rana, Italy's renowned producer of fresh pasta, has been bringing high quality, artisanal fresh pasta to the table for over 50 years. During the cooking classes at Giovanni Rana Pasta Kitchen, located inside the renowned Chelsea Market, every student will have the chance to make fresh artisanal pasta and fillings, see how the chefs operate on a daily basis and enjoy tastings.
Lessons are taught in Italian and English and at the end every student will receive a chef's "certificate", special recipes, the glossary and sample tortellini.
