Bread makers at La Panciata are keeping it in the family with an announcement the company is under new management. Twenty-four years since the company was founded, owners Glenn and Lori Loati announced that their son, Justin, and his wife, Bonka, took control of the company Jan. 7.
The specialty bread company will continue to operate uninterrupted to satisfy growing demand for its popular products. Employment prospects for its 16 to 18 workers — depending on seasonal demands — will also remain secure. "It's wonderful that it will live on for another generation," said Lori.
