Sbarro LLC's namesake dining chain isn't its only venture in the midst of change.
The Columbus-based pizza chain launched Pizza Cucinova with two restaurants in Central Ohio last year, but don't get too attached to the name and look. When the company added its third eatery in Cincinnati last month, it not only tweaked its operations and recipes, it tried a new name and design.
"We're working to optimize the brand," CEO David Karam told me. "We'll be bringing Columbus in line with Cincinnati. It's a modest evolution."
