Youngstown State University has named its first endowed visiting professor: Alyssa Falcone. During the 2019-2020 school year, she will teach upper level Italian literature and Italian-American studies courses, as well as conduct research in the academic field.
“We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Falcone to YSU and to have her share with us, our students and our community her distinguished knowledge of Italy, its people and its amazing history,” said John Sarkissian, chairman of the department of world languages and cultures at YSU.
