We are pleased to announce that on Sunday, February 24, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Texas will be hosting a seminar for a group of visiting Italian winemakers, food producers, and Italian-focused food and wine trade distributors and importers at the Hilton Post Oak hotel in Houston’s Galleria district.
For this year’s seminar, the chamber has assembled a fantastic group of trade observers and members including acclaimed food and wine writer Bruce Schoenfeld, Master Sommelier June Rodil, veteran restaurateur and wine importer and Nathan Smith, Rouses Supermarket private label coordinator Pat Collins, New York-based Italian food product importer Cecilia Ercolino, and Italian food and wine educator and writer Jeremy Parzen, who will lead the panel.
