Ristorante Enrico has a certain warmth about it. "When people come here they feel like they are home," Ivana Rosa says. Rosa's uncle Enrico Costagliola owns the Bonita Springs restaurant, and she is his right hand, greeting every customer that walks through their doors with welcoming smiles and lots of hugs.
Costagliola hails from a small town outside of Naples, Italy, where he learned the love of food and cooking from his mother. After working in and owning restaurants in Italy, Maryland and Virginia, Costagliola landed in Southwest Florida 12 years ago.
