The Palace family of Italian restaurants features an array of enterprises scattered throughout greater Lakeland, Mulberry and Bartow. All six are inviting spots where dress is casual and service, generally, is topnotch. Many, if not all, are connected by family. But all are not equal.
Though menus have some overlap, each is unique. This review focuses on the south Lakeland Palace at Lake Miriam Square, which is now under the ownership of Daniele Mazzella, a native of Italy whose background is steeped in the fine art of wine service and appreciation.
