For Michael Altieri, owning a restaurant on Mineral Spring Avenue feels like a return to his roots, said the lifelong North Providence resident and one of the co-owners of the newly opened Parma Bar and Grille.
“I get a rush from seeing people satisfied from the product we put out,” Altieri told The Breeze, adding that he loves the positive energy in his hometown. Offering Italian-American fare, Parma, at 1449 Mineral Spring Ave., serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a seasonal menu and weekend specials, he said.
