In order to accommodate growing crowds, Ryan Rogers' bar Vetti is moving to NuLu, in a 3,300-square-foot space on the first floor of the new AC Hotel. The new location will allow the bar and restaurant to double its seating capacity, which will include outdoor seating on Market Street, and expand its menu.
"Too often we are unable to accommodate the number of guests visiting our restaurant and with nowhere to expand in the 800 building, we were forced to look at a larger location," executive chef and partner Andrew McCabe said. "The new spot in the AC Hotel will give the restaurant a huge upgrade in size and bandwidth while still keeping us in the downtown Louisville area."
