The Institute hosts the presentation of the third volume of "L' Arte in Cucina 2019 - gli artisti incontrano gli chef" (Art in the Kitchen 2019 - Artists Meet the Chefs) by Editoriale Giorgio Mondadori. With the special participation of the Michelin-starred chef of Abruzzo origin William Zonfa, Magione Papale.
The editorial series "Art in the Kitchen" was born from an idea of Domenico Monteforte, a multifaceted artist whose two great passions, beyond painting, are cooking and books. The inspiration for the first volume of the series was the monthly comedy-like dinners that Monteforte organized with some of his fellow artists, during which, one artist at a time, tried his hands at the stove, and then, while dining, they will discuss not only their artistic work but also the creative-culinary impulse.
