A company based in Italy, has chosen a location York County for its first property that it has purchased in the United States. The nearly 35,000-square-foot property at 1670 Toronita St. in Manchester Township will serve as the North American headquarters for Atos, an industrial hydraulic valve manufacturer.
The current tenant is looking to relocate in the area and will remain in the building until May, RSR Realtors, the commercial real estate company that represented the facility's owner Brandy Investors in the real estate transaction, said in a press release. Atos plans to begin using the facility in June for distribution and basic repairs while it expands the site by another 30,000 square feet. The company plans to start manufacturing at the site in 2020. Atos currently leases another facility at 50 Aberdeen Road in Emigsville, York County.
