Nook Kitchen has an official reopening date after temporarily closing its original location near Arcadia. The popular Italian restaurant will open Tuesday, Dec. 3, confirmed owner Frank Vairo. Nook has moved into a larger space just down the street near the southwest corner of 44th Street and Indian School Road, the former location of High Dive bar and restaurant.
Vairo said Nook needed to move because it had outgrown its original location, and he sold the space to another business. Parma Italian Roots, a Scottsdale-based restaurant, is planning to open its second location in Nook’s former spot sometime in the winter, a spokesperson for Parma estimated.
