Filitalia International & Foundation (FI&F) is seeking a museum volunteer / Intern to assist document, maintain, & exhibit for the History of Italian Immigration Museum (HIIM), located on the historical Passyunk Avenue & Mifflin Triangle at 1834 East Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19148. Interns will lead the project from start to finish, utilizing the Foundation’s materials and Italian & Italian American artifacts to archive, update, & an exhibit with a constructed narrative.
This Internship gives students the rare opportunity to have complete responsibility for the execution of Curatorial Abilities, Executive Assistant Functions & Skill Sets, & Social Media & Communication capabilities, while helping to build students’ resumes, portfolios, & connect them with the Philadelphia & Italian Communities.
