Gelato Festival America is landing in Dallas on May 30-31 with a variety of creamy gelato creations from some of the best artisans in the city.  The purpose of this event, besides pleasing Texas' palate, of course, is to add some local gelato chefs into the running for the title in the Gelato Festival World Masters, the contest grand finals, that will be celebrated in Italy in 2021.
