The Italian American Cultural Club finalized plans for its fall fundraiser, Festa Del Vino, when members gathered for their October meeting held at Scaffidi’s Restaurant. Judy Krenzel, chairman, reported that Festa Del Vino will be held Nov. 8 at St. Florian Event Center in Wintersville. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with food and wine-tasting available at 6 p.m. It is open to the public.

The event will include a “pot of gold,” a money tree, an Italian (Chinese) auction and a silent auction that includes a Dave Barnhouse painting and Wheeling Nailers tickets. Tickets to the event are $40 each and may be purchased at Scaffidi’s, Pittera’s and at the door.
