A Princeton business that’s been up and running for about eight months held its official ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Chamber of Commerce of the Two Virginias came out to support the opening of Geminellis Bistro, located at the Walmart Supercenter plaza in Princeton.
Owner Brandon White describes Geminellis Bistro as an Italian restaurant offering fresh food, specializing in wood-fired pizza and sauces made on site: “Located in beautiful Princeton, West Virginia, Geminellis Bistro is a unique restaurant with a sublime blend of old-world Italian recipes with American flair and portions that please. Located in the Walmart Supercenter shopping area, we offer a range of wood fired pizzas and calzones, beef and seafood dishes, desserts and so much more. Visit us for lunch for a great selection of paninis; and grab a cocktail from our full bar any time of day or evening.”
