The 20th Annual Via Arte Festival is this weekend at The Marketplace. The Italian street painting festival will transform the pavement at The Marketplace in Southwest Bakersfield on October 20-21.
Artist applications are closed this year but families and visitors can purchase a square for $20 and create their own masterpiece. The art festival lasts from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. both days.
