Tristan International and the US division of Italy's Panapesca have agreed a strategic alignment designed with the common goal of marketing Tristan's ULT (ultra low temperature) tuna products.
ULT, or 'super-frozen', is a process in which the tuna is harvested and immediately frozen at -76 F. to lock in the freshness and sashimi quality.
