Over the last years, the Italian Government introduced several measures aimed at attracting companies and human capital, especially the so called High Net Worth Individuals, to stimulate growth and boost investments in Italy, generating interest world-wide from international family offices, business entrepreneurs and corporations.
The Italian legal and tax community has developed significant practice and expertise in order to understand the current landscape of opportunities and challenges of moving to, or investing into Italy. Italian experts will describe incentives for individuals and companies to move their business and life to one of the most pleasant destinations worldwide: Italy.

Marco Cerrato is an Italian tax attorney based in Milan where is partner of Maisto e Associati since 2003. His firm is ranked by all the international and Italian legal directories as the leading tax practice in Italy while he is recognized as an Italian leading tax attorney. He holds an LL.M. and a PhD in tax and is professor of tax law since 2002 at the LIUC University (Varese). He is frequent speaker at conferences and has published many papers on domestic and international tax law.
