More than 6,000 votes were cast in the 2014 Readers' Choice Awards poll for "Best Italian Restaurant."
It was a very tight race, but one eatery came out in the lead of this collective rally cry for local food favorites.
And the winner is: Bocelli Ristorante — 1250 Hylan Blvd., Grasmere; 718-420-6150; BocelliRest.com — with 1,383 votes.
