The clubhouse of the Italian American Club of Mahopac was transformed into a film recording studio last week as the club filmed interviews with its 2016 grand marshals for the Columbus Day parade, as well as the Cooking Extravaganza where the marshals prepared their favorite dishes representing their Italian region.

Giulio Cefaloni, chairperson of the IAC, hosted the event, which featured 2016 Grand Marshal Michael Cazzari, who is chief of the Carmel Police Department and a Mahopac School Board trustee, and Diane Tarentelli and Giorgio Palmiero, the honorary marshals.
