The 15^th Annual Hamptons Happening, one of the Hamptons much-anticipated summer social events, will honor luminaries in the world of cuisine, business and fashion who are supporting the groundbreaking research of the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation (SWCRF). The event takes place on Saturday, July 13, at the estate of Kenneth and Maria Fishel in Bridgehampton.

Among the event’s honorees is celebrity chef honoree Lidia Bastianich and generations of the Bastianich family. Lidia is an Emmy and James Beard Award-winning public television host, a bestselling cookbook author, restaurateur, co-owner of the Italian marketplace, Eataly, and purveyor of the best-selling artisanal Lidia’spasta and sauce line. Lidia has married her two passions in life—her family and food, to create multiple culinary endeavors alongside her two children, Joseph and Tanya, with whom she is being honored at this event.
