Holy moly, that's a lotta cannoli. A Manhattan man armed with "a mental plan" is the new king of cannolis after devouring 32 of the sweet treats in six minutes Thursday. "Feels great to be the champion," said an elated — and very bloated — Salem, 36, a marketing rep for The Economist who hails from the East Village. "I came in with a mental plan. After two minutes you start to hit the wall. You have to prove yourself in the last four [minutes]."
