His artistic education is less formal using the old world atelier process through three significant artists. First, he was trained by his father a noted sculptor and artist whose bronze works can be found in public venues around the Albany, NY area. Second, Vince was trained in the atelier of Louis Pelky, a painter noted for his realistic skies and seascapes.

Currently, he is in the atelier of Joan Lord, a noted oil painter, restorer, author, and TV personality. One of Vince's paintings is owned and displayed in a Catholic church, several more are in private collections from Kansas City to the east coast, New York to Florida.

In addition to his oil paintings Vince completed, as an artisan, a bronze bust sculpted by his father, which is owned by the City of Albany, NY and permanently displayed in a public park. In like manner Vince completed a full figure bronze of the 72nd mayor of Albany - Mayor Erastus Corning 2nd.
