Proceeds will allow the Boston chapter to restore, in honor of Jacopo Tintoretto’s 500th birthday, Saint Jerome Presenting Doge Priuli to Justice and Peace, on the ceiling of the Square Atrium in Atrio Quadrato, Palazzo Ducale.

On November 2nd, 2018, Boston will host its fabulous masquerade ball with this year’s theme “Sposalizio del Mare – Marriage to the Sea”. This theme is based on a tradition begun in 1177, when the doge of Venice tossed a consecrated ring into the sea declaring that Venice and the sea to be indissolubly one. This sure-to-sell-out event will bring together 250 of Boston’s most glamorous, international, and art-loving supporters to revel in the spirit of Venetian Carnevale in black tie and artfully decorated masks designed to match the aquatic theme of the evening.
