A popular and tasty fundraiser for the Penrickton Center for Blind Children is returning to Wyandotte for its 13th year. Hosted by the Downriver Italian American Club, “A Taste of Italy” features a sampling of Italian food from 6 to 8 p.m. May 22 at the Bentley Banquet Center (formerly the Downriver Italian American Club Hall), 646 Biddle Ave.
Italian Cuisine samples are being provided by the Bentley Banquet Center, Cannoli Pastry, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, The Fish Market, Frank’s Restaurant, Liberati’s Deli & Bakery, Magdaleno Ristorante, Roman Village, Sammy’s Cucina, Sibley Gardens, Tony Cannoli, Major Biddle/Truago, The Waterfront, and the MI Cookie Project.
