After a year hiatus, Festa Italiana returns to Naper Settlement with lower admission prices, lots of food and a lineup of popular bands. “We’ve had some exciting changes this year. This year it’s free until 5 (p.m.). And if you’re a Naperville resident it’s $5 all weekend long with proof of residency and $10 for anybody after 5 o’clock,” said Michelle Krage, president of Star Events. “So it’s a little bit different. We really want the community to come out.”

The three-day festival runs from 5-10 p.m. July 30, 12-10 p.m. July 31 and 12-8 p.m. Aug. 1 at Naper Settlement in downtown Naperville. This is the second year Festa Italiana is held at Naper Settlement, having moved to the grounds of the living history museum in 2019 from Chicago’s Taylor Street. Last year’s festival was canceled due to the pandemic.
