Giving back has been a priority for Ken Kolnicki for most of his 65 years. And the Clarendon Hills resident was recognized May 10 with a humanitarian award by the Chicagoland Italian American Charitable Organization.
Q. How long have you been involved with the Chicagoland Italian American Charitable Organization?
A. About 25 years. I'm a CPA, and one of our accounts was the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame, and the CIACO came from that.
