Simpatico plans Columbus Day event

The fifth annual Columbus Weekend Food and Wine Celebration will be held from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, in tents next to Simpatico in St. Michaels.
This event offers Italian wine and foods, along with other activities such as chef's cooking demonstrations and tastings, Columbus sharing travel stories, bocce ball, Italian trivia contest, art competition and Italian music.
