Valter Nassi is the proud proprietor of Valter's Osteria in Salt Lake City which recently achieved Ospitalitá Italiana's prestigious certification as one of its "Italian Restaurants around the World." Valter has been in the restaurant business for more than forty years and established his first restaurant in Salt Lake City sixteen years ago.
Valter provides warm hospitality with simplicity of food which he began to perfect while growing up in Monte San Savino in the Province of Arezzo, Tuscany. He now calls Salt Lake City "My City" where he is embraced as a man of distinction as has continued to develop a high level product, with fresh, sophisticated food that is recognized on an international level.
