The fun continues at Canton Crossing, where another restaurant will join the lineup of shops and eateries. Venti-Tre, a fast-casual Italian restaurant, will open early next year at the Boston Street shopping center.
Venti-Tre is a spinoff of Fazoli's, a Lexington, Ky.-based Italian chain. The Canton location is Venti-Tre's first in the country, and the restaurant is already searching for its second location in Maryland. Venti-Tre is targeting the eastern seaboard for franchise growth, which will begin after the Baltimore restaurant opens. The menu will include piadas, pastas, salads, soups and other sides, with prices ranging from $9 to $11. Canton Crossing debuted Tuesday and is anchored by Target.
